Apprentice Transfers

Looking to transfer to Central Florida Electrical JATC?

How to Transfer

In order to meet transfer eligibility. The apprentice will need to ask their current JATC for permission to leave. Upon permission being granted, the apprentices will need to ask their current JATC Training Director to release their records and be sent the Electrical Training Alliance of Central Florida. Once we receive the documentation we will process the information and place it on the agenda for the next committee meeting where a decision will be made on whether the committee will grant the transfer request.

Who do I contact if I get terminated?

Please send the termination slip to the Electrical Training Alliance of Central Florida at email JATC@etacfl.org

What happens if I can’t make it to class?

Contact the JATC office and talk with either the Training Director, Assistant Training Director, or anyone in the front office. Follow up with an email to your committee on why you were out. Send to JATC@etacfl.org

What happens if I have trouble logging into Tradeschool?

Check to make sure you are at the Electrical Training Alliance of Central Florida. The top left corner of the web page. Or the link is TradeSchool. 

If the issue persists contact the Assistant Training Director for assistance. 

Is tutoring available?

Currently, Tutoring is offered on Tuesday and Thursdays from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM. 

If I have a question about Home Work who do I ask?

Try and ask the question on your Google Classroom. If that does not work email your instructor. If they are unavailable reach out to either the Training Director or Assistant Training Director for assistance. 

If an apprentice is having issues on a job, who do they contact?

If Apprentices are having issues on the job they need to contact the Training Director.
